7X Partners had a bold idea about changing AI and cyber security hiring, and needed a brand to match it. Halt built the identity, the website and the launch material to take it across five regions.

7X Partners is a specialist talent business for the AI and cyber security market, founded by Dave Radford and his team. They arrived with real conviction about the opportunity and a completely blank canvas. Halt was brought in to build the brand, the website and the launch material, all ready to go live across five regions.
Dave Radford and his team knew exactly who they wanted to serve. AI and cyber security hiring is one of the most competitive corners of the talent market, and 7X had a clear point of view on how to do it well across the UK, Europe, the US, MENA and APAC. What they needed was a brand to carry it.
Everything was open. There was no identity, no website and nothing yet to put in front of a prospective client, which made it a lovely project to be trusted with. The founders were looking for a partner to take the whole thing on, from the first sketch of a logo through to a live site and a set of documents the team could sell with from week one. It all had to feel at home in five very different regions too, which shaped plenty of the early thinking.
The identity came first. Halt settled on a blue and navy palette with a confident, technical character that sits comfortably in both the AI and the security worlds, then grew it into a complete system covering logo, typography, colour and the guidance that keeps everything consistent.
The website followed. Matthew Ley, George Cook and Chris Cranshaw shared the project between them, designing and building a site that gave 7X a proper home and made the five regions and the service tiers easy to find.
Then came the material the team would reach for every day. Halt laid out the Build, Scale and Enterprise tiers across the funding lifecycle, from seed through to exit, so a founder can see at a glance where 7X fits at their stage. Proposal and pitch templates followed, ready for the team to pick up and use. Launch assets rounded things off, including a set of social pieces that took the lifecycle story and made it land in a scrolling feed.
7X went to market with the full set: a finished brand, a live website and templates the team could use from the very first pitch. When you are talking to venture backed founders and enterprise security leaders, that level of polish counts for a great deal, and it gave 7X the presence of a firm with far more history behind it.
The tiered material has become one of the most useful pieces of all. It gives the team one clear, friendly way to explain how 7X works at each stage of a company’s growth, and the launch assets carried the same story into their social channels.
Halt has stayed close to the brand since launch, creating new material as the business grows. It is the kind of relationship both teams enjoy.
