Morpheus place the people who build AI companies, on both sides of the Atlantic. Halt created the brand and website, and now supports their marketing.

Morpheus Talent Solutions place go-to-market and technology talent into start-ups, scale-ups and enterprises, working out of London and New York. Founded in 2020 by Ivor Stratford, the business had grown into four distinct practices and needed a brand to match. Halt created the new identity and website, and provides ongoing marketing support.
Morpheus work at the sharp end of the talent market. Their clients are the businesses building artificial intelligence and the platforms around it, and the people they place are the ones who make that happen: chief revenue officers, machine learning engineers, AI research scientists, platform engineers and more.
A market moving that fast sets a high bar for a brand. Morpheus talk to founders and executives in New York and London who see a great deal of noise, and the identity had to feel current, credible and quietly confident without reaching for the usual technology cliches.
There was also a structural question. The business had grown into four practices, each serving a different audience, and the brand needed to hold them together as one company. Getting that right matters commercially, because a client who comes for one practice should immediately see they could use another.
So the brief covered the identity, the website to launch it, and marketing support to keep it all moving.
Chris Cranshaw, Matthew Ley and Gavin Cranshaw delivered the project between them.
The brand came first. Morpheus have a boldly aspirational proposition, talent that transforms dreams into reality, and an identity had to carry that ambition while staying grounded enough for a serious commercial conversation. The result is confident and modern, and it works as comfortably in front of a New York enterprise client as a London start-up.
The website was built to present the whole business clearly: the four practices, the different engagement models across search, talent-as-a-service and project delivery, the team, the clients and the events programme. Morpheus put real effort into building communities alongside placing people, so the site needed to support that side of the business too.
Since launch, Halt has provided ongoing marketing support, giving Morpheus a marketing capability alongside a growing business without needing to build one internally.
The four practices are where this brand had to work hardest.
Go-To-Market covers commercial leadership, from chief revenue officers and sales leaders through to customer success. AI and Machine Learning covers the specialists at the centre of the current market, including ML engineers, research scientists and MLOps. Engineering covers the technical leadership and delivery teams, from CTOs to platform and DevOps engineers. And Human Data covers something few recruiters touch at all: the annotators, multilingual specialists, domain experts and QA reviewers who prepare the data that AI models learn from.
Those are four quite different audiences. A VP of Sales and a multilingual data annotator have almost nothing in common, and the brand and site had to speak credibly to both while still reading as one business.
The Human Data practice is the most distinctive of the four, and it is a real differentiator for Morpheus. Presenting it properly, as a serious specialism in its own right, was one of the more interesting parts of the project.
