  • Optimise websites for speed, SEO, and performance
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure seamless website functionality across various browsers and devices
  • Stay updated with the latest web technologies, trends, and best practices in WordPress, Divi Builder and/or Elementor development

Background Requirements

  • A minimum of 6/12 months experience designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress sites with expertise in Divi Builder or/and Elementor
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP (PHP not essential)
  • Understanding of MySQL preferred but not essential and training will be provided
  • Strong understanding of responsive web design principles
  • Experience in customising WordPress themes and plugins
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimisation techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Full UK driving license and ability to commute to our rural offices located in Long Ashton, Bristol (BS41)

We Offer

  • Competitive salary (based on experience)
  • Lifestyle benefits and performance-related bonus package
  • 32.5 hour working week (part-time options will also be considered)
  • Opportunity for professional growth and development
  • Collaborative and innovative work environment
  • A picturesque office environment with free parking
  • Regular team socials and events

Due to the collaborative nature of this role and the potential training needed, this is a full-time office-based role at our offices in Long Ashton and we are unable to consider remote working options.
