We’re a recruitment marketing, branding and website agency that creates scroll-stopping moments that captivate human audiences.
So it probably won’t surprise you that we prefer to talk to… humans too.
At Halt, we believe the best ideas come from lived experiences, gut instinct, bad first drafts, strong opinions and honest reactions.
Not prompts. Not copilots. Not auto-generated emails.
When you work with us, as a client, partner, or collaborator, we ask that anything you send us is written by you, not written or complimented by AI.
That includes:
Please don’t use AI tools to write, rewrite, tidy up, summarise or “enhance” messages sent to Halt. That includes copilots, writing assistants and anything that finishes your sentences for you.
If a tool is choosing the words, it’s choosing the thinking and that’s the bit we really need to capture.
Marketing and branding live in the grey areas like tone, instinct and emotion. We need your real reactions to do our best work, even if they’re half-formed, informal or even slightly chaotic.
We’ll take honest and human over polished and robotic every time.
We’re not here to play AI detective and we trust the people we work with.
If something clearly feels AI-generated, we may ask for it to be resent in human form, pause until we get genuine input or rethink how we collaborate if it keeps happening.
Our motivation is purely to ensure we deliver you an outcome you’ll love, so please don’t be offended if we ask for your real thoughts and input.
We may use AI internally in small, sensible ways to support efficiency and research, but never to replace human thinking, creativity or communication with clients and their audiences.
This is one of our core values that we live and breathe every day.
If you’re working with us, we want your voice and your opinions, not a best-guess version of them written by a machine.
Messy is fine. Human is a must!
