With over a century of rich sporting heritage, Chelsea Football Club has paved the way for a superior collection of hospitality, events and leisure facilities at one venue.

Boasting function rooms alongside two hotels, a sports bar and grill, a music venue, the Chelsea FC Museum, a megastore, a ticket office, and a luxury health club and spa, all found at London’s most complete venue, Stamford Bridge.

The Brief

You’d expect that a brand like Chelsea Football Club would automatically be able to attract the best talent in London to come and work for the club’s various different departments, divisions and corporate functions.

However, the magnitude of messages and marketing activities that come out of the club’s social media channels has meant that their employer brand, EVP and key people initiatives around DE&I are often lost, resulting in their talent attraction campaigns living in the shadows of their mainstream marketing activity.

In acknowledgement that their talent attraction needed dedicated focus, they needed an expert partner to consult and support them in sharing their messages and stories with these unique audiences.

Actions

Chelsea Football Club required a dedicated talent attraction marketing partner to help them promote their latest opportunities, share authentic stories and experiences of their people, and raise awareness of their diversity, equity, and inclusion incentives.

Additionally, the incredible work delivered through the Chelsea Foundation was not getting the exposure it deserved. Therefore, our task was to create and deliver a comprehensive content strategy to showcase all of these activities and messages and help highlight the club as an employer of choice.

Our mission since 2019 has been to deliver just that, and we are proud to be Chelsea’s trusted marketing partner for all their LinkedIn content.
