Hyper Recruitment Solutions (HRS) is an award-winning specialist recruitment consultancy dedicated to the life science and technology sectors.
Founded and run by Ricky Martin and in partnership with Lord Alan Sugar, HRS has a wealth of recruitment expertise as well as compliance and commercial awareness. They offer a range of permanent, temporary, and contract staff on both a contingency and retained search basis.

The Brief
HRS’ vision is to provide recruitment solutions that will assist in improving the quality of life for all. To do so, HRS needed to showcase how they support this and promote their EVP to attract the talent that helps companies create life-saving medicines and life changing technologies.
To complement this proposition, we were engaged to create a series of digital brochures and collateral to strengthen this message during their engagement process.
Actions
Together with HRS’ internal stakeholders, we worked to define the company’s story, brand promise, and offering to their clients and prospective employee audiences.
To support their efforts in reaching the audience they are targeting, we developed a suite of marketing materials, including brochures, editable templates, and other assets, based on our in-depth knowledge of their audience’s habits of interaction.
