Our brief was to create a strategy to attract and engage with more business leaders working within the e-learning space through the delivery of marketing outreach campaigns and regular social media content.
In addition to our primary goal of raising the number of inbound sales leads, we were also tasked with boosting Instinct’s social following and audience engagement with their target clients and candidates.
Following several initial discovery workshops, we developed a comprehensive content strategy and schedule that were aligned with Instincts’ goals and growth strategies.
This then enabled us to create and distribute a regular stream of high-quality social media content posts and campaigns to establish the brand as a market-immersed recruitment specialist, thought-leader, and go-to recruiter in the e-learning space.
Following an 18-month outsource plan, we were able to handover delivery of their content to their internal resource to deliver moving forward.
