The Brief
We were brought in to implement a plan formulated by our friend, Glenn Southam; however, we were given the freedom to put our own stamp on his recommendations and come up with a steady stream of social media content to assist in promoting this ambitious brand’s proposal and message to a larger audience.
Initially, we intended to establish a benchmark and plan that their future internal marketing team could follow.
Actions
Six months into providing an outstanding standard of social media content, we began the process of onboarding and training their newly appointed in-house marketing resource.
Our primary focus during this time switched to helping the company develop new marketing materials, website page re-designs, and other ad-hoc marketing and creative resource requirements as we wound down our involvement in the day-to-day delivery and training of their new resource.
