Background
As part of the Rethink Group, Rethink Healthcare is made up of permanent, interim and contract recruitment experts delivering technology, operations, commissioning and facilities professionals to the healthcare sector.
Due to consistent high performance and one of the group’s most profitable divisions, Rethink Healthcare needed its own identity to support the next stage of their growth as a market leader in their sector.
The Brief
We were commissioned to rebrand the company in order to bring the identity in line with its market positioning and the new group brand portfolio following the merger of Rethink Recruitment and Digital Gurus.
Our brief was to create a unique visual style and messaging that would be responsive across all marketing platforms and form the foundation of their candidate attraction, inbound sales and content marketing strategy.
Our Solution
We collaborated with the Rethink Healthcare team to gain a full understanding of why they do it, how they do it, who they were and where they wanted to be.
From this initial brand discovery, we created a brand strategy and identity that was unique within the healthcare recruitment sector with subtle references to the origins of businesses once being part of the former ReThink Recruitment brand.
It’s mature, yet eye catching visual identity carried through seamlessly across all marketing channels, sales collateral, website and social media.
