Background
Established in 2008, RTM is the talent advisory and outsourcing arm of the Rethink Group, specialising in building and delivering RPO, MSP and Project Recruitment services.
With industry experience and a focus in providing talent solutions to the Media and Digital content sector, RTM needed a fresh new look that would align their visual identity with their expertise and services proposition.
The Brief
To deliver an identity that RTM would be known for moving forward with a consistent brand architecture that would position their service offerings more prominently, whilst being future-proof to support further growth and expansion of their solutions going forward.
Our brief also included the request for the new website to be user-centric with unique navigational features to create a more memorable experience for audiences.

Our Solution
Through a series of brand discovery workshops conducted with the RTM Leadership Team, we were able to establish a true understanding of why the company exists, what problems it solves and how they do it. We also learned of their primary people value ‘CuriousDNA’ which is the foundation of how they work and is embodied by all of their people.
This resulted in us creating a compelling new brand identity with a striking colour scheme, complemented with 3D rendered orbs arranged in a helix structure to represent the CuriousDNA and circles used in the original RTM logo-mark.
The website design focused around a unique side-scrolling user journey featuring the four core solutions on the home page. This landing navigation platform is supported by a responsive menu system enabling users to either click or type in a search term to easily access all areas of the website seamlessly.
