Background

Founded in 2020, Verum Recruitment provides recruitment solutions to help companies build business-critical tech teams with minimal fuss.

The Brief

To create a simple yet instantly recognisable brand to support Verum’s start-up journey and enhance its candidate attraction and inbound sales capabilities.

Our Solution

During the brand discovery phase of our Start-up Brand service, we identified Verum’s honest and straight-forward approach to recruiting, giving us the direction to develop four initial brand concepts that focussed on the simple use of bold colours, but with a prominent and distinctive logo-mark.

From the final chosen concept and colour scheme, we created a responsive logo and brand architecture consisting of sharp geometric elements that would work seamlessly across all marketing and communication touchpoints.

Continuing the ‘minimal fuss’ theme into the design of the website resulted in the creation of a simple parallax site with navigational features to enable candidates and clients to jump straight to various areas of the site without the need for scrolling or multiple clicks throughs.

With very little initial instruction or guidance, Chris took the time to understand what we stood for and produced an instantly recognisable brand with a logo and website that we’re immensely proud of. The work that was put in behind the scenes was phenomenal, as he went above and beyond to produce excellent results. The finished article and continued guidance on all things marketing and branding has proved invaluable.
