Gavin Cranshaw

Bio

As Web Manager, Gavin leads the website projects at Halt, designing and building the bespoke WordPress sites that recruitment businesses use to win clients and candidates. He works on projects across Branding, Marketing, SEO and Web, and handles the full journey of a website project, from wireframes and design through to development and launch.

With over 10 years of creative experience and more than 100 WordPress websites designed and developed, there isn’t much he hasn’t seen a recruitment brand need from its website.

Experience

Gavin was Halt’s first employee, hired as a Creative Marketing Executive designing and implementing social campaigns on LinkedIn and other platforms.

As Halt grew he was promoted to Production Lead, handling everything from branding and socials to UI/UX wireframes and web. Specialising in the web side led to him becoming Manager of Halt’s web department.

Before Halt, Gavin had a further creative education and spent three years as a vehicle refinishing technician, which means he’s hands on.
